How To Create An Irresistible Offer To Get More People To Buy What You Are Selling Through Your Blog

To define what an offer means an offer in your marketing gives a reason for your prospect to take action.

It could any thing has giving a free consultations, to giving free access to your programs for 1 week, or to actually having them mastermind with you live.

The more enticing your offer it more likely you will get a higher response rate. The funny thing is that there are a lot of small business owners that don’t have any kid of offer on their site. There’s whole site is being plastered with photos; logos of some kind, a list of products that they offer and their contact information.

To give your business more exposure and get some more digital eye ball attention you need to have a benefit rich compelling headline to increase readership, any kind offer irresistible offer and a call to action. All these three elements are essential to helping you get more clients to purchase through your website.

Every singe piece of your marketing should have a strong, powerful, compelling irresistible offer to get prospects to buy what you are selling on your blog. You cannot just have a typical plan average sales page with ether a weak offer or no offer at all.

You must give your prospects a reason that they just can’t resist. This is the golden key to getting sales on your blog.

Your irresistible offer must be clearly stated in your sales page or blog. In fact your marketing message should always focus on your irresistible offer.

Here are the 5 key steps to help you create a irresistible offer

1. Create a product that sell

First you need to create a product that your clients want and it must be perceived as valuable. To create a product that sells you need to research what your prospects and clients want. What can you create that’s going to solver their most irritating problem? The best answer to these questions is usually the main benefit that you are going to offer them for purchasing your product. When writing the benefit you should be as specific as possible with what they are going to get from you and your product.

Let me give you an example

“Get more clients”

or

“Learn how to get 3 more clients to work with you in less than 30 days”

The first statement is a vague promise, where as the second is a bit more specific and clear, which makes it more compelling.

2. Create a Powerful Risk-Reversal

The second one is the most powerful of all. It’s the Risk-Reversal and it will turn an ordinary offer into an irresistible offer if it’s worded correctly. I would have to define a risk-reversal as a fancy way to describe what you are offering when you are offering a money back guarantee.

The fear of making a mistakes is what stops people from making a purchase. Your guarantee re-assure them that they can get their money back if they do not get what you’ve promise.

Using a guarantee or risk reversal as part of your offer is one of the best thing that you can do increase the sales rate of your product. Use a guarantee that is bold and make it easy for people to say YES. Don’t worry about refund. You will have refunds but the amount of refunds will be lower than the sales you’ve made.

To have an effective guarantee make sure your guarantee is not ambiguous. It needs to be clear, specific and strong. The more you hit on these three points the more impact it will have and the more credibility it will give you. A bogus guarantee will do more damage then it will good.

On top of or a regular guarantee, try using a Better-than-risk-free guarantee, where people get a free gift for taking advantage of your offer, so if they are not trilled about the result they can ask for refund and still keep the free gift. With this they you are actually rewarding the clients for having faith in you.

3. Add Premium Discount To Your Offer

Premium Discount is another way of increasing the value of your guarantee. Premium discount are additional bonus you add to whatever your clients purchase that is perceived as valuable and you are giving them for free at the time of the transaction. One-on-on coaching, free ticket to your seminar, three free months trial to your membership programs. The more premium you add to your offer, the more attractive the offer becomes.

4. Add a deadline to Your Offer

To get people to take action you need to give people a reason to act now. Deadlines are effective ways to create urgency.

Here is an example of using urgency to increase your sales. Give your premium offer to the first 10 people that respond to your offer. Another effective way is to collaborate with some strategic alliances and offer their products for free to the first 50 people who purchase your product. It’s a win-win relationship. Your clients get free access to valuable products, and your strategic alliances get access to prospects they can now convert to clients.

5 Add A Call To Action

A call to action is where you clearly say what you want your prospects to do. You must be crystal clear on what you want people to do in order to take advantage of your offer. Don’t expect them to know they should click on the access button, pick up the phone, or register here. You have to tell them specifically what they should so. Always have a clear call to action.

Homemade Milkshakes: Ever made a milkshake in a blender, only to realize when you try to pour it out that half of your milkshake is still inside, coating every surface? I've been making a lot of protein milkshakes this summer, and as a woman that just gave birth I am not pleased to have to sacrifice any of my chocolate ice cream to the blender! Luckily we've got a hand blender, the kind that is basically a stick with a blender blade on the bottom, and can be placed directly into a glass. You don't end up losing much ice cream at all. Priceless.

Body Pillow. I have the usual aches and pains associated with my pregnancy. Although, I still wake up with aches and pains, I can't imagine how much worse it would actually be without a body pillow. Some buy special (read: more expensive) pillows that are labeled special for maternity, but I have never made the splurge.

Google Reader. This is a great tool and so much fun to use! No more will I lose track of all those great crafty blogs that I keep meaning to check on. Oh no, Gmail and Google are the master of invention and have made it super easy. Best of all, I can share fun blogs with my "friends". Okay, so right now, that just consists of my sister, but it's still fun.

Crocs Athen Sandals. They're flip flops. And they're super comfortable - even when pregnant, heck, especially when pregnant. I've worn them all summer. Especially as the humidity has effected my poor feet and swelling has taken place. I've even walked around the Oakland Zoo and the Cleveland Metro Parks Zoo while wearing them. Way more comfortable than even a great pair of tennis shoes for me.

Salads as lunches: I've been lazy to cook hot meals, and sandwiches get boring quickly. One of my favorite alternatives is a meal-sized salad. Besides some of the regular salad veggies, such as tomatoes, carrots, onions, or cucumbers, you can use some nutrient-rich beets or spicy radishes. Of course, to really be satisfying a salad needs some heartiness and protein. As i don't like chicken, I add some bacon or tuna fish instead and or I put in a couple of different varieties of beans, but either way works. It may seem odd at first, but grains are also great addition! Quinoa is most protein-packed grain, is cooked the exact same way as rice, and is still good cold on salad. I like to make some ahead of time in the rice maker so I can take it straight from the fridge and mix it into my salad greens. If quinoa is a little out there for you, couscous (a tiny pasta) is another option for adding some carbs. Mix it with some warm broth, let it sit a few minutes, and sprinkle it in the salad. Top the whole thing with your favorite salad dressing, and you might just get out of your lunch rut.

At around 8pm Zaina has a bath to came her down for the day. She love taking her bath. Most of the time after bath she take's her milk and sleep's off, but that doesn't stop her from waking up three hours later.

My sister-in-law loves to cover her in powder before going to bed. She saids it make's her smell nice.

My baby's new best friend is "Peace" it's her new toy, the one in her hand. She love's sleeping with it. I got it a few months ago when after she was born. I never thought she will bond with it so fast

First thing in them morning Zaina wake's up to watch her favorite cartoons. I love sitting her in an upright postion and go about doing my work. Here she is falling over. She was laughing here when I when I was making fun of her.

I practice my winsor pilate twice a week. Before I had a baby I had a nice firm belly now have been able to tone my musle with this product.

This is one of my favorite garget at the moment. I can stop takfing photo and making quite movies. It can zoom anything from a long distance, and it feel quite well into a girl purse for a memorable girls night out.

When I just want to have a nice chilling evening. I relax with playing 'Dr Kawashima's Brain Training: How Old Is Your Brain?'. Everyday, I have been better and better. I love the idea of playing game and workign my brain. It’s my new best friend.

Slim Fast Milk Shake

Since having a baby. I have managed to lose my baby weight by drinking 2 bottle of slimfast a day. They are quite dilicious actually. This are the only thigs tgat gave helped me lose weight fast.

Nigeria Vacation January 2006

My 3rd trip to nigeria since I moved to europe. It was exhausting but fun. I went my sister and a few friends.

I love to go to Nigeria every two year to keep in touch.

Here's me with my sister Claire (she's in the check top) and the gang by the pool. We were hanging out in a friends wedding. (I love this purple dress from Max Studio and always can't wait to wear it on vacations.)

I can't go to Nigeria without wearing this. It's the in thing in town right now. Having a lace made into a lovely outfit instead of the traditional Iro and Boba.

Everybody is trying to suvuval in Nigeria, it's quite hard to make a living. Everybody is trying to do what ever they can do the make end's meet. Here is a major road full of people trying to make a living.

You can avoid the horrible traffic. It was a nightmare. You wouldn't believe I was in this traffic for 3 hour. The heat was excruciating. People were even selling in the traffic. I managed to get some phone card by the way.

Getting my nails done by a local manicurist even though i hate faxing my nails. The do the best pedicure though.

I made it back with a new hair style. I love this style so you are going to see more of this look. I hope to stay with this style longer than usual.

I know that today is thanksgiving in the U.S. Even though ‘am not from the States I still like to express my extreme gratitude for all the people who have come into my life in the past year. Most have come right here through this blog, which has become a comforting, occasionally raucous and always interesting place to host. I don't see myself so much as the owner as the facilitator, throwing out thoughts that YOU, dear readers, share with me in the form of questions, comments and emails. I have so much fun writing here that I sometimes wonder when the big joke is going to end and I will wake up and realize it was just a delicious dream.

... Feeling Lucky. I'm in the World Cup

If by chance you happened to be on Germany watching Australia getting kicked out.
That day you may have witnessed a crazy woman shrieking with joy after managing to take some pictures with a few aussie's and italian's. Yes, I'm afraid that was me. Even though i wasn't in the stadium watching the game. I was out there enjoying the vibe of the world cup. I live in Luxembourg so it took me just 1hr to get there and catch some fun.

Since I wasn't lucky enough to have won a ticket, it was easy for me just to take a drive and snap some photos with some fans.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to make it to the English game.

These guys perfume was beer. Even though their country lost they were still having a blast.

The italian's won the game that day and they won the world cup.
I was pretty excited taking pictures with these ladies.

This guy almost got too close. I was shaking like a leaf.

I managed to get some smile from these guys. They were so sweet.

Amsterdam A World Of It's Own

This was a weekend trip to Amsterdam. It is such an interesting city of it's own.
They have the most fun looking people cycling around the city, enjoying the beauty of their town. I managed to rent a bicycle just to join in the fun too.

I really loved the city that, I just had to take this shot. There was a lot of people just hanging out at the center's square. It reminded me of the Trafelgar Square in London

I love mac makeup and that was the first thing I looked for getting into a shopping complex in Amsterdam.

We Won The Game

At last all the training paid off. We won the Luxembourg tournament game and raise the cup. It was such a wonderful feeling.

The last time we won it was 2 years ago. We worked hard for it and it was a tough game.
We played with those from Holland in the final, they were the strongest last year. They were unbeatable. But we won YEAH.

My name is Joyce Oladipo. I've been known as The Home Business Sistah for the past few years on the Net and the speaking workshops, and I'm best known for helping very small businesses get tons more sales and clients by marketing effectively.

I live in the city of Luxembourg. It's 2am on a Sunday night, went to bed earlier, but couldn't sleep, so here I am creating my first blog entry.

I wanted to start a blog because:

1) I wanted a place to put some personal musings and updates that don't necessarily fit into my award-winning ezine, Home Business Success. I've been going through some intense transformations over the past year and really want to share them.

2) I understand that blogs can be great traffic magnets.

3) It's the perfect place to get my thoughts into words at 2 a.m.! You can be sure you'll hear more from me soon. I can see how this can get addictive. Now, it's time for a midnight snack! : )
